What is it about baking that gets you excited?
Because it’s art, but you get to eat it at the end. Which, honestly, is where most art loses me. Baking is colors, texture, timing, drama, emotion, and then suddenly there’s a pastry in front of you. Beautiful. No notes.
Favorite thing to bake?
Kiflice!! Very Serbian, very nostalgic and very very good. They taste like childhood, family gatherings, and being told to eat more even though you’re already full. You think you’ll have one, and then suddenly half the plate is gone.

Soft heart. Sharp mind. Loud dreams.
Outside of work, how do you recharge?
I do martial arts. BJJ has been my reset button for years, which is funny because most people hear “recharge” and think candles, tea, maybe a little face mask. I think, “Yes, let's do a killer workout” Somehow it works.
What does a perfect day look like for you?
Me on my balcony, tanning, reading a book, strawberry matcha in hand. That’s the whole luxury fantasy. Not a yacht. Not a five-star hotel. Just sun, a good book, a cute drink, and absolutely nobody asking me to do anything.
