We want your order to arrive safely, smoothly, and as quickly as possible.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Stockholm. Once your order has been placed, we prepare it with care to make sure your products are protected during delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout but generally speaking you will recieve the products in your mailbox within 2-3 days.

Returns

We hope you love your products, but if something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We do not include a return slip in our shipments but if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact us so that we can figure out how to best ensure your satisfaction with us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can make it right.
